Are your products handmade? Yes! Many of our Snapz are carefully designed and crafted to ensure quality, uniqueness, and attention to detail.

Can I customise my own designs? Absolutely! We offer personalised options so you can create something truly special perfect for gifts or keepsakes. Simply add a Snapz that says custom. Add notes at check out on the design you are after, if it a photo design you are wanting please email the photo to snapzco1@gmail.com after checkout with order number and name.  

How long does it take to process my order? Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Custom orders may take a little longer depending on the design.

Do you ship Australia-wide? Yes, we ship across Australia, with options available at checkout.

Do you offer international shipping? We’re working on it! Stay tuned or contact us to check current availability. 

Can I change or cancel my order? If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to help. Reach out as soon as possible.
